Ran through starting a new document, loading, reviewing , approving, releasing and training another document from start to finish. Everything worked beautifully

Hi David,

I wish to thank you for the support you gave us at Weeneebayko General Hospital this summer. It was a bonus to have the “Rockstar” at our site to offer training and consultation with the setup of the Lean Machine. Staff members were excited to meet the guru of QMS software.

I was facing the impossible when I arrived at WGH in the spring. Your software turned the laboratory into an ISO “15189plus” compliant operation quite literally overnight.

At the time of the inspection, the assessors were quite curious and intrigued with the software features, and were very impressed. No doubt,news of your Lean Machine software will spread into the laboratory industry here in Ontario. The software is as powerful as the name “Lean Machine” suggests.

Dear Sir,

Looking at the great feedback, we would also like to purchase your software.

We are a new start up,
small,
engaged in research and design development work.

We dont have a big budget yet.
But we would like to go into the enterprise thin client web based version and wonder if you could cut a special price that can enable us as an institution based research unit to purchase it for USD2000 for 3 users.

We just had an CA FDA audit Thurs/Fri and the Rejected Materials and Complaint modules were audited, she liked what she saw, she even asked for the name of the software.

Just wanted to let you know that we really like .023 revision. I personally think the addition of the icons gives a great appearance. The other features, pull down menus, makes it easier to maneuver through the system. I meant to send my comments earlier, but we have received a couple of Nor’easters that dropped a few feet of snow in our area.
