Support for mobile devices requires RASS or GO-Global to be installed on your server, and the server set up to support a user environment.
Once you’ve done that, you simply download the free Go-Global mobile app from your devices “app store” and enter the same server IP address and Active Directory user credentials you would use to log into RASS or GO-Global and your in!
It’s that simple.
