TLM Enterprise runs on a MySQL  database located on a central server, that can be at your facility, or we can host the server for you.

 

All installations have an initial, one time,  cost of  $4,350 which inlcudes all modules

 

Per user licensing can be either:
a)  a one time cost of $325/computer  (Network Access only)
b) a monthly cost of $32/user/mo (Network or remote access)

 

QuickBooks Integration Tool: $1,250

 

Hosting Cost: $400/mo

The Lean Machine has competitors that will charge you about $90,000 to get started with three modules. (Document Control, CAPA, and Internal Audits) It has always been our mission to stay focused on smaller companies who don’t have $90K to spend on improving their quality and material management systems, but who are audited to the same FDA and ISO standards and need the same functionality as a $90K software system.

So while there are plenty of reasons to raise our prices, none of them meet the first criteria of being able to support our primary mission.
