Document Template
When you purchase The Lean Machine you will have all the features you need to capture, record, and act on information generated by your quality system.
The only thing missing is the procedures that describe how activities that impact quality should be performed.
All of the activities that ISO 9000 requires, such as document control, audits, corrective actions, equipment maintenance, etc are being performed in the software, we have already written over 30 procedures that describe those activities as they are performed with the software.
You merely need to make any minor edits needed, make sure they are numbered correctly and you’re done.
The only thing we can’t do for you ahead of time is document what you do for your customer. But since that is what you do best, you may already have that documentation in place. (If not, we can help with that too.)
