developers handle support calls. It just makes sense to us that our customers should have access to our most knowledgable staff, and our developers should have direct access to coninuous improvement suggestions.
The Lean Machine also has built in support tools, such as the animated
tutorials that will play in the help files, screen specific help files, and the
usual roll over hints and controls within the software to help explain to the
user what is going on.
