For this reason The Lean Machine ™ includes the following:

We tell our customers that if it takes more than 5 minutes to figure out how a particular feature works, they need to contact us. We call this our "5 minute rule." If it takes more than 5 minutes using the roll over hints, html based help files, on-line training demos, or just common sense to figure out how a particular feature works, we want to know about it so that we can improve the program or it's support systems to eliminate that particular cause of confusion.
