What’s Happening Here?

We have set up TLM Enterprise on one of our servers with some dummy information and given you remote access to it.

If you get a message that the maximum number of log-ins has been reached, try the other username / password link.

In contrast to a browser, or Citrix, you are accessing the application through a new thin client technology called RASS.  This allows you to also host other applications you may want to run from your server, whether hosted internally, or hosted off-site.    The advantages of using RASS is that we can offer a better user experience than a browser based application, but still retain the remote access and ease of use.

It also has the advantage of being a less expensive, and a faster performing remote access option than Citrix or trying to access the entire desktop.  It also performs faster than a traditional client/server app if you decide to install TLM Enterprise on your own server.

This configuration can be set up on one of your servers to keep your data safely in-house, or you can have it hosted and let someone else take care of all the hardware and back-up issues.  The log-in and user interface works the same way whether you are on the local network or off-site accessing via the Internet.

We would love to hear from you and what you think of TLM Enterprise and the remote access capabilities.
