TLM Enterprise End User Installation Guide
1. Install RASS Client:
RASS 4 (PC/Windows MAC OS LINUX)
2. Then Install the TLM Enterprise help files for your local computer.
3. Log into the Server using the RASS Client desktop shortcut. You will need the IP address of your server, and a username / password to access the server. (Seperate from your username and password for The Lean Machine)
You will see the TLM icon in the Program Group, if your account is already active, you can double click the TLM icon to log into The Lean Machine. If it has not been activiated yet, go to step 4.
4. Request activation from the person responsible for maintaining the server where TLM Enterprise is hosted. If LMBS is supporting your installation, contact your system administrator to request activation of your user account make sure to include your first and last name, and company.
5. Double click the TLM Icon after receiving confirmation that your user account has been activated.
You can create a desktop icon that will go straight to the server so the log-on screen will look like the one below:
After logging into the server, you will see the normal TLM log-in screen. Depending on your server settings, your network username and password might be stored and future log-in attempts will go directly to the RASS Program window.
Internet Printing Installation Instructions (Hosted Companies Only)
Download and install the client .exe on the computer that is hooked up to the printer.
(If you can’t download the .exe, try the Zip file )
You will need to enter the username / password you recieve from LMBS when installing the Net2Printer.exe
